In 1998, in the four-phase project filament project supporting compressed air expansion project, the PHC type compression heat dryer produced by two US-owned companies Newmantek (Wuxi) Gas Source Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. was purchased. 200m3/min and 250m3/min, equipped with a front-mounted CooperJoy centrifugal air compressor. Due to domestic manufacturing, the import of key components ensures the operational reliability of the equipment and greatly saves investment. The equipment has been invested since November 1998. Up to now, the operation is stable and reliable. In 2000, the company once again purchased 3 sets of PHC type drying of Newmantek Wuxi Company, with a drying capacity of 280m3/min.

1 Compressed heat dryer has been widely used in Yihua for more than ten years. From the introduction of the whole set to the domestic manufacturing, from the oil-free screw machine to the centrifugal air compressor gradually adapting to the process. It seems to be very successful.

2 The equipment runs reliably and stably, fully automatic control, less maintenance work, and obvious energy saving effect.

3 The reliability of key components determines the reliability of the equipment, such as PLC, switching valves, water separation and the reliability of the hydrophobic system is particularly important.

4 The device can also be equipped with a switching function according to the dew point temperature to further save energy.

5 Since the gas passes through the desiccant in the two towers most of the time, the pressure loss of the gas is slightly larger than that of other types of dryers, so be careful when purchasing.

6A, B tower in the heating and regeneration stage, the heat radiated outward is large, so appropriate insulation should be added on the tower body, and the equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated and heat-dissipating environment.

7 The gas temperature required to enter the dryer is as high as possible (preferably 140 to 180 ° C) to obtain a dry gas having a low dew point.
